*** Challenges for 2007 ***
*** May Exercise ***
Hi everyone,
My daughter's graduation went well last night. She looked really beautiful. Maybe I'll post a picture sometime soon.
I was reading going_down's journal. I like the way she writes about her challenges and goals. I think I may try to do that some more because her journal is inspiring. My journal is kind of bare bones. I think it's partially because I'm an engineer and I'm used to technical writing which is brief and to-the-point.
I've been drinking FUZE about 1-2 / week. It's kind of expensive for 18 oz bottle - 1.69 + tax = 1.83 but I like it. It comes in a bunch of flavors - I have been drinking the cranberry raspberry. Also, once in awhile I eat a low carb PRIA bar, which is OK. But I can't eat that stuff too much because the sugar alcohols get to you and I think it can stall your weight loss.
I haven't done any exercising except for a 20 minute walk on Tuesday during lunch. I think part of the problem is that we have been doing stuff every day after work so I haven't really had much time.
I'm excited that I'm moving closer to 250. It makes Onederland seem so much more possible. I'm going to hang in there!
Hugs,
Shelly
Hi Shelly! Thanks for your comments about my journal.
Thinking through the things going on in my head and writing them down helps me to work through them. I have said before that my wl journey is at least 90% mental and 10% what I eat/what I do for exercise. I really wish I had the time to write everyday, but once a week is working for me. I do my weekly weigh ins, report my exercise, as well anything significant that happened during the week pertaining to my wl journey. In my journal intro, I say that I hope to motivate, inspire and encourage others. Thanks for letting me know that I am accomplishing my goal.
